Welcome to my shungite favorites page where I name a few items I use on the regular. 

The shungite items I use

Pendant

I got an elite shungite pendant that I wear every day.

Pyramids

I got a shungite pyramid placed in the head area of my bed, one on the TV stand pushed into the TV itself, one in the fridge, as well as two smaller ones on top of the WiFi-router, pushed into each of the antennas. Also placed one on each of my speakers.

Shower head

That's right. Someone actually made this and I love it. Even has three different modes.

Smartphone stand

Practical and protects from harmful EMF at the same time. 

I heard somewhere, no idea if true, that a test or study was done in Russia where they placed a smartphone on some eggs, no idea for how long, and as a result; 80% of the eggs did not hatch.

They then did a second test with the same same procedure but also placed a piece of shungite on the smartphone. This time all the eggs hatched. If anyone knows more about this test, let me know.

Elite shungite nuggets

I got a bag of small and big nuggets. 

From the bag of small nuggets I took a few rocks and rinsed them off, then placed three nuggets in three different big glass bottles.

This way I can consume shungite water whilst having two more cold shungite water bottles in the fridge. When finished with the bottle, I just fill it back up with water, and place it back in the fridge.

I usually go through one bottle on the days I bother with water, and so each time I start on a new bottle, the elite shungite rocks have been working their magic in the water for at least a good 24 hours time.

The bigger nuggets duct taped to some laptops, placed one on each power extender outlet, as well as a god three or so nuggets for use in the bathtub.

Face wash, skin cream

Shungite contains fullerenes or Carbon 60, aka C60, which has been used more and more in cosmetics these days. So I got a few face washes and skin creams containing shungite, because, why not.

Yes, I think shungite in general helps you look younger.

Vivid dreaming with shungite

I read somewhere that adding a shungite nugget to each palm and under each foot and hold them in place with gloves and socks, would enhance the experience of dreaming. 

So I decided to go all the way.

Not only did I do all that, but I also placed a flat small elite shungite nugget on my forehead and kept it in place with a band-aid.

So.

Did it make my dreams more vivid? Most certainly yes.

Idea for shungite pyjamas, sleeping suit

If anyone ever decides to make a hat where the inside is filled with small elite shungite nuggets, do let me know. If wearing one is not uncomfortable to the point where you wake up, then maybe it would make dreaming even better than it already is with the method mentioned above.

In fact, just make an entire pyjamas with shungite everywhere, along with the hat. I'd probably buy it. 

One shungite pyjamas with fabric where you don't easily sweat, and one with fabric where you do sweat. The latter so as to get more fullerenes into the body while sleeping. Perhaps shungite rocks on the inside of a wet suit would be the way to go? In a way where the shungite nuggets directly touches the skin.
